So you would like to become an affiliate/Top affiliate/or Sister site. Cool but there are some rules.
TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE
1. You must have no Hentai, or Hentai links what-so-ever on your site
2. You must be nice
3. Must be CCS or any anime site.

TO BECOME AN TOP AFFILIATE
Well this is a bit harder. I put my top affilites of people who are really nice to me, gave me gifts (of coarse i gave them some too), and are very interactive of my website. Which means they participate in my contests and awards and such. But i may reconsider this if you apply. I'll see how your website is and such, and i'll think it over^^
TO BECOME A SISITER SITE
Ok this is the hardest one of all. To be a 'Sister Site' we must get to know each other first. E-mailing about stuff, giving each other gifts and such. Then after a little bonding you'll be placed as a 'Sisiter Site'.
